Morning after pill

I took the morning after pill last week I’m just wondering how long I have to wait before I can start taking oral contraception (the pill) after having the morning after pill.

It depends on what type of emergency contraception you took. If it was Ella One (ulipristal acetate) then you need to wait 5 days before. you start your pill. If it was levonorgestrel then you can start your pill immediately. In both cases you should do a pregnancy test 3 weeks later, just to make sure that you are not pregnant.
